Scholarship available starting 2026

September 2025: UCBPA is happy to share that, working with the New Haven Schools Foundation (NHSF),  the Eli Singer Memorial Scholarship will see its first scholarship awarded in 2026. This will go to a graduate of a New Haven Unified School District in California high school who has enjoyed time at the Bike & Skate Park in Union City CA and is looking forward to college or trade school.
